Grading resistor for capacitor, cement wirewound

In electronic circuits, when two electrolytic capacitors are used in series, there is often a large resistance with the same resistance value in parallel next to each capacitor, the large resistance is usually above 2W power, and the parallel resistance at both ends of the capacitor is called grading resistor.
